31st March 2021: Publication describing the newly set up network on the islands of Malta in the centre of the Mediterranean: “A First National Seismic Network for the Maltese Islands—The Malta Seismic Network” in the acclaimed journal Seismological Research Letters.
16th December 2020: A specialised session is held at the American Geophysical Union online conference: Imaging Earth Structures from the Surface Down to the Upper Mantle with Multiple Geophysical and Geochemical Data I and II (Posters). A GEOMED dedicated poster is presented: Seismicity and seismic imaging of the Sicily Channel (Central Mediterranean Sea).

13th May 2020: Seminar at L-Università ta’ Malta (Msida, Malta) titled: “Seismicity and seismic imaging of the Sicily Channel”.
6th May 2020: Publication of “An instrumental earthquake catalogue for the offshore Maltese islands region, 1995–2014” in Annals of Geophysics. This new catalgoue provide a more detailed map of the seismicity in the Eastern part the Sicily Channel.
